Founded in 1974 by the Boscov and Lakin families, we operate on the same principles, ethics and standards of the family-owned department store. Employee turnover has been extremely low at not only the senior management level, but throughout the organization. This consistency allows us to continue to build on our established team and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
