Pat Cinfici, President
With more than 46 years of experience with Boscov’s Travel and Boscov’s Business Travel, Pat has unprecedented knowledge and experience in the travel industry. She oversees 18 leisure locations as well as the corporate and meetings planning divisions. Pat is responsible for the divisions’ overall strategy to enhance the company’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond.
Pat started as a travel agent and moved to agency operations, account solicitation and management, business development and vendor negotiations before ascending to President. Due to her previous experience in almost every facet of the organization, she is able to understand the travel goals of large corporations, down to the needs of the individual business travel client. Pat’s strong commitment to developing and maintaining a vibrant Business Travel environment, her negotiation skills on behalf of the clients, and focus on human development and technical applications leads to a companywide hands-on, personalized approach for every client.

Donna Liptock, Director of Corporate Accounts
Donna has nearly three decades of experience in the travel industry. She is a Certified Travel Consultant and has experience in marketing and managing corporate agency personnel. She has managed corporate travel accounts ranging from athletics to celebrities, and everything in between. Donna has been with Boscov’s Business Travel since 2010 and was promoted to her current role in May, 2015. Her skill set includes a variety of GDS systems including Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre which allow her to provide exemplary customized service for her clients. Donna oversees strategic objectives for clients by managing the Corporate Team as well as serving as direct liaison for key accounts.

Francesca Cinfici, Corporate Meeting Planner and Senior Account Manager
Francesca’s experience with Boscov’s Business Travel extends 11 years, and she brings an in-depth understanding of the interworking of the travel industry. Because of her diverse background, Francesca assists the team with corporate implementation, demonstration and training of online booking tools, creation of presentations, and other administrative needs. Her key responsibilities for the online booking tool solutions include configuration, creation of traveler profiles, day-to-day troubleshooting assistance, and the compilation of quarterly reports for accounts. She remains topical with all tool enhancements and updates clients with ongoing training. Francesca is the Online Booking Specialist and works to increase online adoption resulting in cost savings for accounts. She works closely as an Account Manager with mid-market accounts.

Lisa Rohrbach, Director of Training and Professional Development
Lisa has over 43 years of travel industry experience with many years in the sector of corporate business travel. She is responsible for the professional development and on-going training of Boscov’s Business Travel and Boscov’s Travel specialists. She is actively involved with making flight, hotel and transfer arrangements for large meetings, incentives and conferences and has also worked onsite for these meetings with guest registration, food & beverage and activity/transfer coordination.
